CONVENIENT COMMUNITY. This four-story building is located on Prince St in downtown Littleton. The building exemplifies “convenient community,” where homes are placed close to shops and services. So many things are accessible by short walk, wheelchair roll, or bike ride. People living here have easy access no-driving-needed to many of life needs. Like a gooey ice cream sundae! What do you think?

CONVENIENT COMMUNITY. This new triplex is located on Sycamore St in ‘Old Littleton.’ The building fits in nicely with both single-unit and duplex homes on all sides. It’s a good example of ‘gentle density’ or infill development, where slightly denser homes are placed on existing lots. Neighbors living in this new triplex are close to downtown’s shops and transit, meaning they can skip driving for many daily trips. Healthier for people and planet What do you think?

CONVENIENT COMMUNITY. This six-floor apartment building is located on Sterne Parkway in Littleton. Neighbors here live close to shops, transit along Broadway, and walking/biking paths like the Highline Canal Trail. It’s been a quiet neighborhood presence there since 1979 with about 200 low income elderly and disabled residents. What do you think?

CONVENIENT COMMUNITY. Apartments… Townhomes… Alley Homes… OH MY! Neighbors living here can walk to shops both downtown and at Woodlawn Plaza. And it’s just a few minutes stroll to the Littleton light rail station. Its 3- and 4-story facades transition smoothly with nearby 1- and 2-story buildings. A good example of ‘gentle density’ infill — creating 20-30 homes where only 8-10 might have been. What do you think?
